Improving safety and cleaning work efficiency - Underground tank FRP lining

When cleaning the inner surface of the raw material underground tank, it was being washed with factory water pressure, but there was a problem with poor dirt removal, making cleaning difficult. Additionally, due to the acidic nature of the raw materials, the existing resin coating was prone to peeling, which could lead to the underlying concrete corroding. Issues: 1. Generally, using a high-pressure washer can apply too much pressure, causing the resin coating to peel off. 2. It takes a considerable amount of time to clean (over 2 hours). *Neglecting cleaning can lead to corrosion and aging of the underground pit tank due to hydrogen sulfide and other factors. If left unattended, this can result in the leakage of hazardous materials, leading to serious environmental issues.
